Creating an account allows you to register and pay for dances ahead of time as well as pay for membership dues. By creating a CSDS account you agree to abide by CSDS Code of Conduct and all other CSDS policies. At this time CSDS is hosting vaccine only events, and masks are required. Anyone who falsifies their vaccination status will be banned from future CSDS events.
To register for dances you must submit one-time proof of COVID-19 vaccination to email@example.com. We recommend covering up any personal information on the vaccination card other than your full name. If you have already submitted a copy of your vaccine card you do not need to resubmit your card. You will be approved after a CSDS board members verifies your vaccination record is on file. Once your account is approved you will receive an email and will be able to register and pay for future dances.
