I do hereby for myself and my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims of damage I may accrue against the Charlottesville Swing Dance Society (CSDS).
When attending a CSDS lesson, dance or event I agree to abide by the CSDS Code of Conduct.
By attending a CSDS lesson, dance or event, I grant CSDS, its representatives and employees, the right to take photographs or videos of me and my property in connection with their events. I authorize CSDS, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that CSDS may use such images of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose as public content, illustration advertising, and web content.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Charlottesville Swing Dance Society (further CSDS ) and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
